• St Andrew’s Anaesthetists Group provide a high-quality anaesthetic service to private hospitals in Essex, Hertfordshire and London. 
• We operate a comprehensive Anaesthetic practice including pre-operative assessment, peri-operative and post-operative care plus a 24 hour emergency service. 
• In the NHS, all our Consultants work at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford, part of the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

All our Consultants are fully qualified doctors with higher specialist qualifications from the Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA) and are recognised by the General Medical Council (GMC) as specialists in anaesthesia.  Every one of our Consultants has worked solely in Anaesthesia for more than 10 years.  We can therefore utilise this massive clinical experience to ensure that your operation is as stress-free and painless as possible.

We have the professional knowledge and techniques necessary to keep you safe during anaesthesia for a huge range of procedures.  We can provide general and regional anaesthesia for operations ranging from hernias to hand surgery and in anaesthesia for children. We are also experts in the use of Total Intravenous Anaesthesia (TIVA) that allows careful control of depth of anaesthesia with a clear headed wake up and low risk of nausea or vomiting. We are committed to making your recovery as pain free as possible.
