It is a simple, checkbox form that will only take a few seconds to complete. The survey opens on an external website. You do not have to leave any personal information and only STAAG has access to the data.
Patient experience

If you have recently undergone anaesthesia with one of our Consultants, we would greatly appreciate some feedback on your experience. We have designed a very short questionnaire for you to complete; this is done completely anonymously. We will not ask you for any personal details.
Accurate patient feedback enables us to continually refine the service we provide to our patients and the data can also be included in our yearly NHS Consultant appraisals. This appraisal data is used by the GMC to assist in the process of revalidating us as competent and fully qualified specialist doctors.
Your participation in this process is therefore extremely important.
