Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care for Burns
Dr Peter Berry qualified in medicine from the University of Nottingham Medical School in 2000 and undertook advanced training at Barts and the London School of Anaesthesia. He was appointed as a Consultant at Broomfield Hospital in 2011, completed 3 years as Lead for Burns Intensive Care and more recently spent 4 years as Clinical Director for Anaesthesia.
Dr Berry has particular interests in regional anaesthesia (nerve block injections), children’s anaesthesia and staff training. He is a Course Director for Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Courses as well as instructing on both Burns and Paediatric resuscitation courses (EMSB & EPALS).
